Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and effective storage and distribution of goods. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory management, staff supervision, implementing operational policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize warehouse operations for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and monitor effective inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels.
- Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations.
- Analyze warehouse operations and implement improvements to processes, layout, and equipment for increased productivity.
- Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $7,500, commensurate with experience and the critical nature of the role in our operations.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $90,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision plans, a retirement savings plan, and generous vacation time.
