Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Trust Assurance Officer, a vital role responsible for building and maintaining trust among all parties involved in countertrade deals. This position demands an individual with excellent relationship management skills, an understanding of trade ethics, and the ability to navigate complex business environments. The Trust Assurance Officer will work closely with the Partner Integration Consultant, Legal and Ethical Standards Enforcer, and Risk Mitigation Planner to ensure that Countertrade Pte Ltd operates with the highest levels of integrity and transparency, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with partners.
- Develop and implement trust assurance strategies and programs to strengthen relationships with countertrade partners, focusing on transparency, reliability, and ethical conduct.
- Monitor and evaluate the adherence to trust and integrity standards within all aspects of countertrade deals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as a liaison between Countertrade Pte Ltd and its partners, addressing any concerns related to trust and ensuring open lines of communication.
- Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure that all countertrade activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on trust assurance initiatives, partner feedback, and strategies for enhancing trustworthiness and partner satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Ethics, Compliance, or a related field. Additional qualifications in corporate ethics or compliance are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust assurance, relationship management, or a related role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining ethical business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective trust assurance strategies and programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Commitment to ethical principles and a deep understanding of the importance of trust in international trade relationships.
Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
