Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Transaction Security Specialist, a vital role tasked with ensuring the security and integrity of financial transactions within our countertrade network. This position requires an individual with expertise in financial security, cyber security, and risk management, coupled with a thorough understanding of the technologies and practices necessary to safeguard financial data and transactions against fraud and cyber threats. Working in collaboration with the Funds Allocation Manager, Financial Transaction Coordinator, and Payment System Compliance Analyst, the Transaction Security Specialist will develop and implement robust security measures, conduct security assessments, and respond to security incidents to protect the financial assets and transactional data of Countertrade Pte Ltd and its partners.
- Design and implement security protocols and measures to protect financial transactions across the countertrade network from unauthorized access, fraud, and cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of transaction systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the deployment of advanced security technologies and practices, including encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and manage incident response plans for potential security breaches or fraudulent activities, coordinating swift and effective responses to minimize impact.
- Provide training and guidance to Countertrade Pte Ltd employees and partners on transaction security best practices and awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or financial security are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial transaction security, cybersecurity, or a related role, with a strong focus on securing complex financial operations and data.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, financial transaction systems, and risk management practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security measures and responding to security incidents.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
