Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated Training and Development Coordinator to lead our employee training and professional development initiatives. This role involves assessing training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles and the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements within the company.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company’s objectives and employee needs.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain records of employee participation and progress.
- Stay current with training methods and best practices in the industry.
- Collaborate with management to identify future training needs and potential areas for employee development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting from $6,500, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $78,000, with opportunities for performance-related bonuses and progression.
