Job Description
Position Summary

Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic and organized Trade Show Coordinator to manage our participation in trade shows and exhibitions worldwide. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of trade show participation, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, shipping, staffing, and materials preparation.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement trade show strategies that align with company objectives.
  3. Negotiate contracts with trade show organizers, vendors, and service providers.
  4. Manage trade show budgets, ensuring cost-effective participation.
  5. Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials for trade shows.
  6. Train and prepare staff for trade show participation, ensuring a professional and consistent company image.
  7. Analyze and report on trade show outcomes, including leads generated, customer feedback, and return on investment.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade show coordination or event management.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Willingness to travel internationally to attend trade shows and events.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $5,000, reflecting the role’s demands and the candidate’s experience.
  • Annual Salary: Starting from $60,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
