Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade Network Facilitator, a dynamic role aimed at enhancing the connectivity and cooperation among various entities within our countertrade network. This position requires an individual with exceptional networking skills, a deep understanding of international trade dynamics, and the ability to foster collaboration and streamline operations across diverse partners. Working closely with the Supply Chain Integration Specialist, Cross-Functional Integration Manager, and Partner Integration Consultant, the Trade Network Facilitator will play a pivotal role in building a cohesive and efficient trade network that maximizes the benefits of countertrade deals for all involved parties.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships and improve operational integration among partners within the countertrade network.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between network entities, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working efficiently towards common goals.
- Identify and address challenges within the trade network, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance network performance and deal success.
- Organize and lead network-wide initiatives and meetings to foster a sense of community, share best practices, and discuss strategies for optimizing the countertrade ecosystem.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the trade network, collecting feedback from partners and implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance network functionality and value.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in network management or international trade is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade network facilitation, supply chain coordination, or a related role, with a strong focus on building and managing collaborative networks.
- Proven ability to foster positive relationships and enhance cooperation among diverse partners and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive network-wide improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics and promoting a collaborative trade environment.
Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
