Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled Trade Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing the company in trade negotiations, developing strategies for successful trade agreements, and ensuring that these agreements align with the company’s objectives and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Countertrade Pte Ltd in trade negotiations with international partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to maximize trade benefits and meet company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, trade regulations, and partner requirements to inform negotiation tactics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align trade strategies with company policies and operations.
- Manage and resolve trade disputes and conflicts in a diplomatic and effective manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international trade partners.
- Stay informed about global trade developments and adapt negotiation strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and review trade contracts to ensure legal compliance and company interests.
- Train and mentor team members on effective negotiation techniques and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade negotiation, international business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, regulations, and practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop successful trade strategies and agreements.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting from $9,500, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $114,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and advancement.
