Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Trade Flow Optimizer, a strategic role dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of trade flows within our countertrade network. This position requires an individual with a robust understanding of global trade dynamics, supply chain optimization, and the ability to apply analytical tools and techniques to improve trade operations. Working in concert with the Multilateral Deal Linker, Supply Chain Integration Specialist, and Logistical Synergy Analyst, the Trade Flow Optimizer will identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement solutions to optimize the flow of goods, services, and financial transactions across the countertrade network.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of trade flows within the countertrade network to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline trade processes, reduce transaction times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align trade operations and implement flow optimization initiatives.
- Utilize advanced analytics and modeling tools to predict trade flow challenges and assess the impact of optimization strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade flow improvements, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continuous optimization of the countertrade network
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in logistics, supply chain optimization, or data analytics is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade flow analysis, supply chain optimization, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency in international trade settings.
- Expertise in applying analytical and modeling tools to optimize trade flows and operational processes.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and implementing innovative solutions to optimize trade operations.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
