Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a proficient Trade Finance Officer to manage and facilitate the financial aspects of our international trade transactions. This role is crucial in structuring trade finance solutions, ensuring the smooth execution of trade deals, and managing financial risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate trade finance solutions such as letters of credit, guarantees, and trade loans.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure financing for trade deals.
- Analyze and assess the financial risks associated with international trade transactions.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the documentation process for trade finance transactions.
- Provide financial advice and solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Monitor global financial markets and update strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial partners and clients.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses on trade finance operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade finance or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of international trade finance instruments and practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting from $7,500, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $90,000, with potential for bonuses and salary growth.
