Overview
As a Trade Director, you will be at the forefront of our Guaranteed Sales Revenue Platform, leading and managing complex countertrade deals. Your role will involve strategic planning, overseeing transaction facilitation, and ensuring successful partnerships within our countertrade network. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to generate sustainable and significant sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of countertrade transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and finalization of countertrade agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all transactions.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize transaction success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align countertrade initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, or related field.
- Extensive experience in trade, countertrade, or related field with a proven track record of successful deal facilitation.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in contract management and risk assessment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $15,000 – $20,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
- Yearly Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 USD, plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
