In this important role, you will make initial service purchases from promising targets to thoroughly assess product functionality while providing actionable feedback from a trusted customer perspective to build rapport and credibility over time.
As our Test Customer, you will pave the way for long-term purchase agreements by first embedding as a vocal buyer champion, establishing trust to ultimately convert accounts to our contract services after careful nurturing.
- Identify high-potential product/service prospects for test purchases
- Purchase offerings to directly evaluate and provide feature feedback
- Provide insightful recommendations to prospects from hands-on usage
- Build relationships with prospect leadership from a vocal buyer champion lens
- Nurture fruitful discussions introducing guaranteed revenue solutions when timing permits
- Track account sentiment and continue adding value after contract conversion
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- 3+ years securing enterprise contracts by strategically positioning as anchor buyer
- Superb relationship building and evaluation capabilities
- Passionate customer success mindset and buyer journey focus
- Persuasively articulate complex solution value
Monthly Salary: $9,500, translating to an annual salary of $114,000
