Position Summary

Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and solutions to our customers and internal teams. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and supporting the implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers and internal teams.
  2. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  3. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  4. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  5. Document knowledge in the form of solution articles for recurring issues.
  6. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  7. Provide training and support to internal teams on new technologies or software.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  6. Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $7,500, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
  • Annual Salary: The annual compensation starts at $90,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and increments.
