Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled Swaps Specialist to manage and facilitate swap agreements between the company and its partners. As the Swaps Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating the exchange of goods or services to optimize mutual benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations for swap agreements, defining terms, conditions, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partnership Identification: Identify potential partners for swap agreements, considering compatibility and strategic goals.
- Transaction Facilitation: Coordinate the execution of swap agreements, ensuring smooth exchanges of goods or services between involved parties.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to swap transactions and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to swap agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in swap transactions, addressing concerns and ensuring collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in managing swap agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating swap agreements and transactions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and business processes.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $10,800, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $129,600, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
