Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Integration Specialist, a crucial role focused on optimizing and integrating supply chain operations to support efficient and effective countertrade deals. This position requires an individual with extensive knowledge of supply chain management, operational optimization, and the ability to navigate the complexities of international trade logistics. Working closely with the Partner Integration Consultant, Operations Connectivity Advisor, and Multilateral Deal Linker, the Supply Chain Integration Specialist will ensure that supply chain processes are seamlessly aligned across all parties involved in countertrade deals, enhancing operational efficiency and deal success.
- Analyze existing supply chain structures and develop integration strategies to optimize logistics and operations for countertrade deals.
- Coordinate with partners to align supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods and services across the countertrade network.
- Implement supply chain integration projects, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve operational objectives.
- Work with the Cross-Functional Integration Manager to address operational challenges and develop solutions that enhance supply chain synergy across different business units and partners.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in supply chain management, applying best practices to continually improve supply chain integration and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in supply chain or logistics is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with a significant focus on supply chain integration and optimization in an international context.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in supply chain optimization techniques and tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-organizational integration efforts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic approach to overcoming operational challenges and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
