Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Strategy Consultant to help shape our strategic direction and drive business growth. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing business performance, and developing strategic recommendations to improve competitiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in strategic planning, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and refine the company’s strategic plan.
- Analyze business processes and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable strategies to address key business challenges.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings.
- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and assess their effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior executives.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $9,000, reflecting the candidate’s expertise and potential impact on our strategic goals.
- Annual Salary: Commencing at $108,000, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
