Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a Strategic Proposal Developer, a key role designed to craft strategic, comprehensive proposals for countertrade deals that align with both our and potential partners’ objectives. This position requires an individual with a blend of strategic insight, creative thinking, and exceptional writing skills. Working in close collaboration with the Proposal Optimization Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Advisor, and Deal Proposal Engineer, the Strategic Proposal Developer will synthesize financial, legal, and strategic information into compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of engaging in countertrade deals with Countertrade Pte Ltd.
- Develop strategic countertrade proposals, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s objectives and meet the needs and expectations of potential partners.
- Collaborate with financial analysts, legal advisors, and market researchers to gather the necessary information to build a solid foundation for each proposal.
- Use creative storytelling and strategic structuring to articulate the value proposition, benefits, and differentiators of Countertrade Pte Ltd’s countertrade deals.
- Ensure that all proposals comply with international trade regulations and company policies by working closely with the Regulatory Compliance Advisor.
- Continuously refine proposal development processes based on feedback from potential partners and internal review teams to increase the effectiveness and impact of future proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in strategic communication or business writing is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in proposal development, strategic planning, or a related field, with a significant focus on international trade or countertrade operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic, persuasive proposals that communicate complex concepts in an accessible and compelling manner.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across finance, legal, and market research departments.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
