Position Overview
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Prospecting Specialist to identify, source, and engage new potential clients for our guaranteed sales revenue services.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for prospecting initiatives to build a robust pipeline of promising new client targets. Leveraging market research and industry data, you will pinpoint suitable potential clients, initiate contact, and work to pique interest in learning more about our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop prospecting strategies and campaigns to identify potential new clients for outreach.
- Research companies and contacts to expand prospect database aligned with client profile.
- Craft personalized outreach messaging highlighting prospect needs and our value proposition
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media and other channels to engage prospects.
- Manage sales prospecting systems and tools to track prospect engagement metrics.
- Document prospect interactions and maintain organized contact records in CRM.
- Continuously refine prospecting processes to improve contact quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales team to hand off engaged prospects for further cultivation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 2+ years in prospecting role, preferably in a business services setting.
- Proficiency with sales CRM platforms and prospecting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.
- Persistent follow-up approach and passion for engaging potential clients.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $4,000, translating to an annual salary of $48,000.
