Countertrade Pte Ltd is actively seeking a Risk Mitigation Planner, a key role dedicated to identifying potential risks associated with countertrade deals and developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate these risks. This role requires an individual with a strategic mindset, expertise in risk assessment, and experience in formulating mitigation plans. Working closely with the Deal Securitization Specialist, Contractual Compliance Auditor, and Legal and Ethical Standards Enforcer, the Risk Mitigation Planner will ensure that all countertrade deals are structured to minimize risk while maximizing potential benefits.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments for proposed countertrade deals, identifying potential financial, legal, operational, and reputational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, working in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to address identified risks effectively.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk mitigation plans, adjusting strategies as necessary based on evolving risk landscapes and deal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on risk awareness and mitigation techniques, fostering a culture of proactive risk management within Countertrade Pte Ltd.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on risk assessment findings and the status of mitigation efforts, offering strategic recommendations to enhance risk management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably with a focus on international trade or financial transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective risk mitigation plans, with a strategic approach to balancing risk and opportunity.
Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
