Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Regulatory Financial Auditor, a key role dedicated to conducting comprehensive audits of financial transactions and processes within our countertrade network to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial standards. This position demands an individual with a strong background in financial auditing, regulatory compliance, and an in-depth understanding of international financial laws applicable to countertrade operations. Working closely with the Payment System Compliance Analyst, Funds Allocation Manager, and Transaction Security Specialist, the Regulatory Financial Auditor will perform regular audits, identify compliance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Plan and execute detailed financial audits across the countertrade network, focusing on regulatory compliance, accuracy of financial reporting, and adherence to internal controls.
- Analyze financial transactions and records to identify discrepancies, non-compliance with regulatory standards, or potential areas of financial risk.
- Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to ensure corrective measures are implemented effectively and that all financial operations remain in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and standards, advising Countertrade Pte Ltd on the implications for countertrade operations and necessary adjustments to financial practices.
- Develop and deliver reports on audit findings, compliance status, and recommendations for improvements to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial auditing, regulatory compliance, or a similar role, with a significant focus on international finance and trade regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial auditing standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and best practices in financial risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to conduct thorough audits and present complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
