Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee our compliance with international trade regulations. This role involves managing regulatory strategies, ensuring compliance with global trade laws, and staying abreast of regulatory changes that impact the company’s international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of international trade.
- Monitor and analyze changes in international trade laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and bodies to stay informed about regulatory requirements and changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation to regulatory authorities.
- Advise on regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and conduct regulatory training programs for employees.
- Participate in the development of company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage regulatory audits and inspections.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance, preferably in international trade.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting from $8,500, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $102,000, with potential for performance-related bonuses and career progression.
