- Develop strategic nurturing plans for high-potential prospects.
- Lead ongoing consultative discussions focused on priorities and knowledge sharing.
- Ask insightful questions and share ideas/resources that build trust and value.
- Reinforce service capabilities relevant to business objectives through tailored messaging .
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate personalized multi-channel outreach.
- Track prospect progress and shift nurturing approach when needed.
- Continually refine relationship-building methodology to improve conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 3+ years managing B2B opportunity nurturing and conversions.
- Excellent relationship management, listening and communication abilities.
- Organized and effective at executing coordinated outreach plans.
- Passionate about establishing credibility through sustained value.
- Monthly Salary: $10,000, translating to an annual salary of $120,000.
