Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Proposal Optimization Specialist, a vital role aimed at refining and enhancing countertrade proposals to ensure maximum effectiveness and appeal to potential partners. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a knack for persuasive writing, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of countertrade deals. Working closely with the Deal Structuring Advisor and Deal Proposal Engineer, the Proposal Optimization Specialist will apply critical analysis and creative skills to improve proposal structures, content, and presentation, aligning them with partner expectations and strategic objectives.
- Review and analyze draft proposals, identifying areas for improvement in structure, content, clarity, and persuasiveness.
- Collaborate with the Deal Structuring Advisor to incorporate optimal deal structures into proposals, ensuring they are clearly communicated and aligned with partner benefits.
- Work with the Countertrade Proposition Communicator to enhance the presentation of proposals, making them more compelling and engaging for potential partners.
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal enhancements, including templates, best practices, and feedback from potential partners, to continuously improve proposal quality.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts across the company to ensure proposals accurately reflect Countertrade Pte Ltd’s capabilities, value propositions, and strategic advantages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business writing or proposal management are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, strategic communications, or a related field, with a preference for experience in international trade or countertrade operations.
- Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive and strategically structured proposals, with a strong command of language and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex deal structures and business strategies into clear, compelling proposal content.
- Proactive and collaborative work style, capable of working closely with a diverse team of specialists to achieve proposal optimization.
Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
