Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional skilled in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for efficiency, and a proven track record of improving business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes across various departments.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within current workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including automation and optimization solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure staff understand and adopt new processes.
- Prepare and present reports to management on process improvement projects and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $7,500, commensurate with experience and achievements in the field.
- Annual Salary: Beginning at $90,000, with potential for performance-related bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
