Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Potential Partner Evaluator, a critical role responsible for assessing and vetting potential business partners for countertrade opportunities. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, expertise in due diligence processes, and a comprehensive understanding of business evaluation criteria. The Potential Partner Evaluator will work closely with the Business Identification Specialist and Cross-Industry Liaison to conduct thorough assessments of potential partners, ensuring they meet Countertrade Pte Ltd’s standards for financial stability, operational compatibility, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct detailed evaluations of potential business partners, including financial analysis, reputation assessment, operational review, and strategic fit with Countertrade Pte Ltd’s objectives.
- Develop and maintain evaluation criteria and checklists to standardize the partner vetting process.
- – Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure potential partners meet all regulatory requirements and adhere to ethical business practices.
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports, highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks associated with potential partnerships.
- Recommend whether to proceed with, postpone, or decline partnerships based on thorough analysis and alignment with strategic goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in risk management or due diligence is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business evaluation, due diligence, or a similar role, with a focus on assessing potential partnerships or acquisitions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive business assessments.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness and accuracy in evaluation processes.
Monthly Salary: $7,000, translating to an annual salary of $84,000.
