Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks a Payment System Compliance Analyst, a specialized role responsible for ensuring that all payment systems and transactions within our countertrade network comply with international financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) standards, and internal compliance policies. This position requires an individual with a detailed understanding of payment systems, compliance requirements, and the ability to conduct thorough analyses and audits of payment processes. Working closely with the Financial Transaction Coordinator, Funds Allocation Manager, and Regulatory Financial Auditor, the Payment System Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and legality of financial transactions across the countertrade network.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance reviews of payment systems and transaction processes, identifying any areas of risk or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for payment systems, ensuring adherence to international financial regulations and AML standards.
- Liaise with financial institutions, payment processors, and technology providers to ensure compliance of payment solutions used within the countertrade network.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance best practices, regulatory changes, and risk mitigation strategies related to payment systems.
- Monitor and report on compliance status, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialization in compliance, financial regulations, or a similar area highly regarded.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment systems compliance, financial regulation analysis, or a related role, with a strong focus on international finance and AML compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations, payment processing systems, and compliance auditing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with external partners and educating internal teams on compliance matters.
Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
