Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the hunt for a Payment Flow Strategist, an essential role tasked with managing and optimizing the strategy for efficient fund transfers between countertrade parties. This position requires a finance professional with a deep understanding of global payment systems, innovative thinking in financial strategy, and the ability to navigate complex international banking regulations. The Payment Flow Strategist will collaborate closely with the Countertrade Financial Gatekeeper, Transaction Auditor, and IT Infrastructure Developer to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient payment processes within the countertrade network.
- Design and implement efficient payment flow strategies that align with countertrade operations, minimizing transaction costs and optimizing timing for all parties involved.
- Analyze and select the most effective banking solutions and payment technologies to facilitate international fund transfers, considering factors such as cost, speed, and compliance.
- Work with financial institutions and payment service providers to negotiate terms and resolve issues, ensuring reliable and effective payment services.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure Developer to integrate payment solutions with the company’s financial systems, ensuring secure and seamless transaction processing.
- Monitor global financial regulations and compliance requirements, adjusting payment strategies as necessary to maintain legal and operational compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications in finance or treasury management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations, treasury management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on global payment systems and fund transfers.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a solid understanding of international banking regulations and payment technologies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish productive relationships with financial institutions and service providers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, with a focus on optimizing financial operations and enhancing efficiency.
- Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
