- Manage new client onboarding, integration and relationship-building.
- Oversee solution delivery and account management cultivating seamless success.
- Provide executive briefings, trainings and consultations boosting utilization.
- Continually identify and implement enhancements aligned to strategic roadmaps.
- Proactively mitigate issues to nurture positive guaranteed revenue associations.
- Foster strong executive relationships marked by interdependent prosperity.
- Lead clients through technical preparations enabling major contract renewals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Client Success or related discipline.
- 5+ years securing client renewals and ongoing revenue via white-glove partnerships.
- Strong executive presence and mastery conveying complex solution benefits over time.

- High emotional intelligence combined with analytic rigor .

- Monthly salary: $12,000.
- Annual salary: $144,000.
