Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the search for a Partner Trust Officer, a vital role designed to ensure and foster trust, compliance, and smooth operations among partners within our countertrade agreements. This position requires a professional with excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of international trade practices, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and transparency. The Partner Trust Officer will work closely with the Countertrade Agreement Architect, Countertrade Risk Assessor, and Compliance Consultant to build and maintain trustful relationships with all countertrade partners, ensuring ongoing compliance and alignment with agreed terms.
- Develop and maintain trustful relationships with countertrade partners, acting as a primary point of contact for compliance and trust-related issues.
- Monitor and ensure partner compliance with the terms of countertrade agreements, including timely fulfillment of commitments and adherence to ethical standards.
- Facilitate regular communication between Countertrade Pte Ltd and its partners, addressing any concerns and ensuring transparency in all dealings.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Consultant to implement and manage a comprehensive compliance monitoring system for all countertrade operations.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of partnership activities, identifying potential areas for improvement in trust and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in compliance or ethics is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, compliance, or a related field, preferably within an international trade context.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trustful relationships with business partners.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations effectively.
- Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
