Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Partner Integration Consultant, a critical role aimed at seamlessly integrating new partners into our countertrade network. This role demands an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and expertise in partner relationship management. Working closely with the Supply Chain Integration Specialist, Cross-Functional Integration Manager, and Multilateral Deal Linker, the Partner Integration Consultant will ensure that new partners are effectively onboarded, aligned with Countertrade Pte Ltd’s operational processes, and fully prepared to engage in countertrade deals.
- Design and implement comprehensive partner integration plans to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new countertrade partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and new partners to identify and address integration challenges, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with countertrade operations.
- Develop and maintain integration guidelines, tools, and resources to support the effective onboarding of partners.
- Conduct regular reviews with integrated partners to assess the effectiveness of the integration process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners during the integration phase, providing guidance, support, and ensuring clear communication between all parties involved.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in project management or supply chain integration is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner integration, supply chain management, or a similar role, with a focus on building and managing business partnerships in an international context.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully integrating partners into complex operational frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with partners and internal teams.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and overcoming integration challenges.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
