Position Overview

Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an insightful Pain Point Investigator to uncover key challenges and friction points in the buyer journey for our guaranteed sales revenue services.
In this important role, you will lead qualitative research through buyer interviews, advisory boards and user testing to pinpoint barriers and suboptimal experiences throughout the client lifecycle.
As our Pain Point Investigator, you will translate findings into prioritized enhancements, guides and resources that address buyer challenges to drive higher satisfaction and loyalty. Your insights are key to improving engagement and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and facilitate Voice of Customer initiatives revealing client challenges.
  2. Conduct one-on-one buyer interviews and advisory board discussions.
  3. Identify key frustrations, hurdles and disconnects in the client journey .
  4. Analyze findings and translate into roadmaps prioritizing solutions to pain points.
  5. Create presentations and reports to share research discoveries and recommendations.
  6. Continually seek buyer perspectives and refine understanding of evolving needs.
  7. Track solution success metrics connected to identified buyer challenges.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, CX Design or related field.
  2.  3+ years uncovering customer challenges through qualitative research.
  3. Strong consulting, presentation and analytical abilities.
  4. Skilled at translating findings into actionable solutions.
  5. Passionate about investigating pain points and improving experiences.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: $10,500, translating to an annual salary of $126,000.
