Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to lead our efforts in enhancing organizational effectiveness, fostering a positive work culture, and facilitating change to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Design and implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
- Facilitate team building and leadership development programs to enhance management capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and refine policies that support organizational culture and values.
- Conduct organizational surveys to gauge employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and advisory services to leadership on organizational development practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of development initiatives on organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in implementing organizational change and development programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $8,000, reflecting the candidate’s expertise and impact on the organization.
- Annual Salary: The annual compensation package starts at $96,000, with the potential for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
