Countertrade Pte Ltd is searching for an Operations Connectivity Advisor, a vital role focused on ensuring seamless operational integration and connectivity across our countertrade network. This position demands an individual with a robust understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and the technological aspects of connectivity in a global trading context. Working in concert with the Trade Network Facilitator, Supply Chain Integration Specialist, and Cross-Functional Integration Manager, the Operations Connectivity Advisor will identify, develop, and implement strategies to enhance the operational cohesion and efficiency of the countertrade network, fostering a streamlined and interconnected trading ecosystem.
- Assess current operational processes and connectivity within the countertrade network, identifying areas for improvement and integration.
- Develop strategies and solutions to enhance operational connectivity, including the implementation of technology platforms, process re-engineering, and best practices adoption.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, supply chain, and operational teams to ensure the successful implementation of connectivity initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on operational integration challenges, facilitating problem-solving and innovation within the countertrade network.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of connectivity enhancements, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize operational performance and partner satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in operations research, supply chain optimization, or IT systems integration is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, supply chain integration, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on operational connectivity and efficiency in an international context.
- – Proven track record of developing and implementing operational improvements and technological solutions to enhance business processes and connectivity.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and initiatives to improve operational integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative and strategic thinking to overcome operational challenges.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
