Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of an Operational Efficiency Reviewer, a key role dedicated to assessing and enhancing the operational performance of our countertrade network. This position requires an individual with a keen analytical mind, expertise in operational processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Working alongside the Network Synchronization Expert, Cross-Functional Integration Manager, and Trade Flow Optimizer, the Operational Efficiency Reviewer will conduct thorough reviews of all aspects of countertrade operations, identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of countertrade operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs across the countertrade network.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of efficiency improvements.
- Monitor the impact of operational enhancements, utilizing performance metrics and feedback to measure success and identify further opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in operational efficiency, applying innovative approaches to enhance Countertrade Pte Ltd’s operational performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational review, process improvement, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on enhancing efficiency in complex operational environments.
- Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing successful improvement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading change and working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
