Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a detail-oriented Offsets Coordinator to enhance our global countertrade operations. As an Offsets Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing both Direct and Indirect Offsets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering strategic partnerships to optimize offset agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Offsets Management: Oversee the implementation of both Direct and Indirect Offsets in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and compliance standards related to offset agreements.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to identify opportunities for offset investments and partnerships.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for all offset transactions, keeping records up-to-date.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess and mitigate risks associated with offset agreements, including financial, legal, and operational considerations.
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to optimize offset terms and conditions.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on offset performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing offset agreements, both Direct and Indirect.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $8,500, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $102,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
