Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Off-take Coordinator to manage and coordinate off-take agreements between the company and foreign suppliers. The Off-take Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of off-take transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations for off-take agreements, defining terms, conditions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign suppliers involved in off-take transactions.
- Transaction Facilitation: Coordinate the execution of off-take agreements, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to off-take transactions and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to off-take agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in off-take transactions, addressing concerns and ensuring collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of off-take agreements, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating off-take agreements and transactions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and supply chain dynamics.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $11,000, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $132,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
