Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks an exceptional New Client Onboarding Manager to direct smooth, high-touch integrations for buyers of our long-term guaranteed revenue purchase solutions to cement early program adoption, delight and loyalty.
In this crucial role, you meticulously design and govern onboarding strategy from discovery to fulfillment, ensuring new customers feel equipped, supported and committed activating and optimizing our sophisticated recurring income programs. Your governance guarantees flawless starts fueling enduring enterprises alliances.
As our Onboarding Manager you cement loyalty by coordinating every first impression interaction as an opportunity conveying care, capability and strategic guidance so new customers feel ready to champion our joint prosperity through long-lasting collaborative commerce. You convert transactions into transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Architect comprehensive onboarding roadmaps coordinating client/partner readiness.
  2. Oversee immersive sales-to-service knowledge transfers between trusted advisors
  3. Structure C-suite concierge orientation conveying core offerings’ benefits.
  4.  Provide specialized integration support resources offering white-glove activation guidance
  5. Continually enhance education/support based on user feedback for frictionless adoption.
  6. Lead customer health assessments spotting requirement gaps hampering utilization.
  7. Report key progress benchmarks to executive leadership guiding refinements.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or client success.
  2. 5+ years governing complex B2B service onboarding workflows.
  3. Strong executive presence and versatile client fluency capabilities.
  4.   High emotional intelligence balanced with outstanding organizational talents.
  5. Proven innovator able to strengthen enterprise bonds through elevating early stage experiences.
Compensation
  • Monthly salary: $13,000.
  • Annual salary: $156,000.
