Job Description
Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Network Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to administer and troubleshoot network devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $7,000 based on experience.
- Annual Salary: Starting at $84,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and company profitability.
