Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Multilateral Deal Linker, a pivotal role aimed at connecting various countertrade agreements to form a cohesive and efficient network of deals. This position requires an individual with exceptional networking abilities, a strategic vision for deal structuring, and an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of multilateral trade agreements. Working closely with the Trade Network Facilitator, Supply Chain Integration Specialist, and Operations Connectivity Advisor, the Multilateral Deal Linker will identify opportunities to link countertrade deals in a manner that maximizes benefits for all parties involved and enhances the overall value of the countertrade network.
- Analyze existing countertrade deals to identify potential connections and synergies between them, facilitating the creation of a more integrated and efficient trade network.
- Develop strategies for linking countertrade deals, considering factors such as logistical compatibility, financial optimization, and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate and implement linkages between countertrade deals, ensuring seamless integration and mutual benefit.
- Monitor the performance of linked deals, assessing their impact on the countertrade network and making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Provide expertise and guidance on multilateral deal structuring, contributing to the development of innovative trade solutions that enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of Countertrade Pte Ltd’s operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in international trade, finance, or deal structuring is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade deal structuring, international business development, or a related role, with a significant focus on multilateral trade agreements.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities for deal linkage and network optimization.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate deal linkages.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing complex trade deals, with a deep understanding of the logistical, financial, and strategic considerations involved.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
