Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Multilateral Countertrade Coordinator, a pivotal role responsible for ensuring smooth operation and coordination between all parties in the countertrade network. This role demands a professional with exceptional organizational skills, experience in managing complex trade agreements, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse international partners. The Multilateral Countertrade Coordinator will work closely with the Countertrade Project Orchestrator, Logistics Integrator, and IT Infrastructure Developer to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of efficiency across all countertrade operations.
- Act as the central point of contact for all parties involved in multilateral countertrade deals, facilitating communication and collaboration across the network.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of countertrade operations, from deal structuring to logistics and payment processing.
- Monitor the progress of countertrade deals, identifying and addressing any operational challenges or bottlenecks that arise.
- Organize regular meetings and updates among partners to ensure alignment, share best practices, and discuss strategies for optimizing the countertrade network.
- Develop and implement processes and guidelines for effective multilateral coordination, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations among all parties.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in project management or international trade is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade coordination, project management, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on managing complex, multilateral agreements.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse international teams and partners, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, logistics, and regulatory compliance issues related to countertrade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
