Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistical Synergy Analyst, a specialized role focused on analyzing and optimizing the logistical operations within our countertrade network to achieve synergies and efficiency gains. This position requires an individual with a strong analytical background, expertise in logistics and supply chain management, and a deep understanding of how to leverage data to improve operational performance. Working alongside the Operations Connectivity Advisor, Supply Chain Integration Specialist, and Trade Network Facilitator, the Logistical Synergy Analyst will identify opportunities for logistical improvements, streamline supply chain processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of countertrade deals.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of logistical operations across the countertrade network, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for synergy.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain processes, leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with partners within the countertrade network to coordinate and implement logistical improvements, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.
- Monitor and report on the impact of logistical optimizations, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management to inform strategic decisions and operational enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in logistics or supply chain optimization is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics analysis, supply chain management, or a related role, with a proven track record of optimizing logistical operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to logistics and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve logistical synergies.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.
Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
