Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Lead Generation Coordinator to join our client acquisition team. In this important role, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and campaigns to identify and engage prospective buyers for our guaranteed sales revenue services.
As our Lead Generation Coordinator, you will source promising leads, initiate contact, qualify their potential, and nurture engagement to generate a robust pipeline of buyers interested in our long-term purchase contracts. Your efforts will directly support the expansion of our buyer network to meet our clients’ sales goals.
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies aligned with client sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers a good fit for long-term contracts.
- Create and implement campaigns to engage prospective buyers across multiple channels.
- Make initial contact with leads via email, phone, social media, events, etc.
- Qualify leads based on readiness for long-term purchase agreements.
- Manage CRM system to track prospect outreach and engagement
- Continually refine lead generation methodology to boost pipeline quality and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales team to transition qualified prospects for further development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in lead generation role, preferably for B2B services.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
- Persistent follow-up approach and passion for engaging buyers.
- Monthly Salary: $10,000, translating to an annual salary of $120,000.
