Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Joint Ventures (JVs) Manager to lead and manage joint business ventures between the company and external partners. As the JVs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing successful joint ventures for mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for joint ventures, aligning business objectives and ensuring mutual benefit for all partners involved.
- Partnership Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partners for joint ventures, considering compatibility and strategic goals.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners to finalize terms and conditions for joint ventures.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of joint venture projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in joint ventures, addressing concerns and ensuring collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects of joint ventures, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for joint ventures, minimizing risks and ensuring adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in managing joint ventures and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and business processes.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $12,000, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $144,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
