Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the IT department, including staff and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT policies and systems to support business objectives.
- Ensure data security and manage network access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $9,000 – $12,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Yearly Salary: $108,000 – $144,000 USD, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
