Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks a dynamic International Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives. The role is pivotal for expanding our market presence worldwide, driving sales growth, and developing relationships with key international clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets, establishing a strong brand presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners globally.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales plans accordingly.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the international sales team.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in an international sales role.
- Strong understanding of international trade and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: A competitive package starting at $9,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting at $108,000, with performance-based bonuses and incentives for exceeding sales targets.
