Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for an Inter-Company Relations Manager, a critical role focused on fostering and managing relationships between Countertrade Pte Ltd and its various partners within the countertrade network. This position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, experience in partnership management, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of international trade relations. Working in conjunction with the Trade Network Facilitator, Partner Integration Consultant, and Cross-Functional Integration Manager, the Inter-Company Relations Manager will ensure effective communication, collaboration, and mutual support among all network participants to facilitate successful countertrade operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and maintain positive relationships with partners across the countertrade network.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner companies, addressing concerns, facilitating discussions, and resolving conflicts to ensure harmonious inter-company relations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, shared value creation, and network enhancement.
- Organize and lead joint initiatives, meetings, and workshops that promote partnership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among network participants.
- Monitor and evaluate the health of inter-company relationships, implementing measures to continuously improve partnership satisfaction and network cohesion.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Communications, Relationship Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or international trade is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, with a focus on managing inter-company relationships in an international context.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with diverse stakeholders in a complex business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and align diverse interests.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to partnership management and network development.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
