Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an Industrial Cooperation Manager to oversee and manage cooperation initiatives between companies in different countries. The manager will play a critical role in facilitating knowledge exchange, technology sharing, and resource collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration Initiatives: Identify opportunities for industrial cooperation between companies in various countries to enhance competitiveness and innovation.
- Partner Identification: Research and identify potential partners for industrial cooperation, considering their expertise and resources.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial cooperation agreements.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage cooperative projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon objectives and timelines.
- Resource Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of knowledge, technology, and resources between cooperating companies.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess the performance and impact of industrial cooperation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, to support and promote industrial cooperation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Previous experience in industrial cooperation or project management.
- Strong understanding of international business and collaboration dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $14,800, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Beginning from $177,600, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
