Position Summary

Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an Industrial Compensation Coordinator to manage and coordinate industrial compensation agreements between the company and its partners. As the Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating activities that involve specific activities or investments in exchange for selling goods or services in foreign markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations for industrial compensation agreements, defining terms, conditions, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Partnership Identification: Identify potential partners for industrial compensation agreements, considering compatibility and strategic goals.
  3. Transaction Facilitation: Coordinate the execution of industrial compensation agreements, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  4. Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including technology, expertise, or other investments, as part of the compensation agreements.
  5. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to industrial compensation transactions and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to industrial compensation agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in industrial compensation transactions, addressing concerns and ensuring collaboration.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in coordinating industrial compensation agreements and transactions.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
  4. Knowledge of international trade regulations and business processes.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $11,500, based on experience and expertise.
  • Annual Salary: Starting from $138,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
