Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an Industrial Compensation Coordinator to manage and coordinate industrial compensation agreements between the company and its partners. As the Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating activities that involve specific activities or investments in exchange for selling goods or services in foreign markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations for industrial compensation agreements, defining terms, conditions, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partnership Identification: Identify potential partners for industrial compensation agreements, considering compatibility and strategic goals.
- Transaction Facilitation: Coordinate the execution of industrial compensation agreements, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including technology, expertise, or other investments, as part of the compensation agreements.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to industrial compensation transactions and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications

Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $11,500, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $138,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
