Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for an Import Entitlement Programs Coordinator to manage and optimize import entitlement programs for our clients. This role involves working closely with government agencies and international trade partners to ensure compliance and maximize benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Oversee and manage import entitlement programs, ensuring that clients receive the full benefits they are entitled to.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of import entitlement programs, including applications, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess compliance with program requirements and regulations.
- Client Support: Assist clients in understanding and navigating import entitlement programs, providing guidance on eligibility and application processes.
- Government Liaison: Collaborate with government agencies to facilitate program approvals and address any issues or disputes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program utilization and benefits for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize import entitlement program processes for increased efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in import entitlement programs or international trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and government programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $14,500, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Beginning from $174,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
