Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an analytical Ideal Customer Profiler to join our client acquisition team. In this important role, you will leverage data and research to develop ideal buyer profiles that align with our clients’ sales revenue goals and long-term purchase contract offerings.
As our Ideal Customer Profiler, you will analyze our clients’ target industries, products/services and sales objectives to build a comprehensive understanding of their ideal buyer. Your insights will inform prospecting strategies focused on engaging matches with the highest potential for long-term guaranteed revenue deals.
- Gather intelligence on clients’ offerings, industries, sales goals to inform ideal buyer criteria.
- Identify key traits of prospective buyers likely to commit to long-term contracts.
- Develop ideal customer profiles synthesizing key demographics, challenges, and service needs
- Continually refine ICPs based on sales outcomes, prospect engagement and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales team to align ICPs with outbound messaging and campaigns.
- Educate colleagues on ideal buyer insights to maximize prospect targeting.
- Track profile utilization and impact through defined analytics and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or related field.
- 3+ years in strategic profiling or business analysis role.
- Strong analytical abilities and expertise synthesizing complex data.
- Skilled at creating actionable ideal buyer profiles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools.
- Monthly Salary: $11,000, translating to an annual salary of $132,000.
