Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Government-Sponsored Exchanges Coordinator to manage and facilitate trade transactions initiated and supported by government agencies. The coordinator will play a critical role in building relationships between government bodies and private enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Countertrade Pte Ltd and government agencies involved in sponsored exchanges.
- Program Management: Oversee and manage government-sponsored exchange programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to leverage government-sponsored exchanges for the benefit of clients and the company.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials and private enterprises, to promote sponsored exchanges.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sponsored exchanges, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of government-sponsored exchange programs, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Issue Resolution: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the execution of sponsored exchanges, finding efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Previous experience in coordinating government-sponsored exchange programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of government regulations and international trade policies.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $14,200, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Beginning from $170,400, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
